The male tech completely botched my nails. Wanted a gentle, downward curve, got nails pointing toward the ceiling. Wanted the rounded square...I got everything but. Bubbles in the acrylic, no underside sanding of rough edges, nails went left, and right in direction. Shaking in anger after trying to get him to do what I wanted. Anna Le, the only other tech there, corrected them as much as she could without having to totally start over. Won't go back.
