After personal reasons for switching to AT&T from T-Mobile. Our experience in the last 4 months of just joining them have been full of " we made you a broken promise" by the customer service manager. REFUSED TO ACCEPT A TABLET WE CANCELLED OVER THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We switched using the switch program that pays 650 per line. After the sales rep Mr Shane helped us upload our bills AND FINAL BILL from T-Mobile, which included installment plans & remaining balances of the 2 phone lines which we care so much to switch, they've been denied 3 separate occasions. Each time uploaded by the sales rep Mr Shane at this location. T-Mobile DOES NOT HAVE EARLY TERMINATION FEES. But they refused to pay us, refused to pay T-Mobile. Now we have to pay T-Mobile & AT&T at the same time.
